{"id":31903,"date":"2023-02-10T14:33:46","date_gmt":"2023-02-10T14:33:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hirondellemagazine.com\/?p=31903"},"modified":"2023-02-16T00:38:11","modified_gmt":"2023-02-16T00:38:11","slug":"apercu-sur-les-etapes-dintegration-de-la-gestion-durable-des-terres-et-des-eaux-dans-les-curricula-de-formation-des-ecoles-agropastorales-au-mali","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hirondellemagazine.com\/fr\/apercu-sur-les-etapes-dintegration-de-la-gestion-durable-des-terres-et-des-eaux-dans-les-curricula-de-formation-des-ecoles-agropastorales-au-mali\/","title":{"rendered":"Aper\u00e7u sur les \u00e9tapes d\u2019int\u00e9gration de la Gestion Durable des Terres et des Eaux dans les curricula de formation des \u00e9coles agropastorales au Mali"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Gestion Durable des Terres et des Eaux (GDTE) est d\u00e9finie par TerrAfrica (2009) comme : approche favorisant l\u2019\u00ab adoption de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019utilisation des terres qui, par la pratique d\u2019une gestion appropri\u00e9e, permettent aux utilisateurs d\u2019optimiser les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e9conomiques et sociaux de la terre (nourriture, eau, \u00e9nergie, etc.), tout en maintenant ou en mettant en valeur les fonctions de soutien \u00e9cologiques des ressources terrestres (terre, eau, biodiversit\u00e9) \u00bb (TerrAfrica, 2009).<\/p>\n<p>Il faudra noter que la gestion Durable des Terres et des Eaux aide&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e0 minimiser la d\u00e9gradation des terres;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e0 r\u00e9habiliter les zones d\u00e9grad\u00e9es;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e0 assurer une utilisation optimale des ressources en terres pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations actuelles et futures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, il est important de souligner qu\u2019un curriculum consiste en un plan d\u2019action qui s\u2019inspire des valeurs qu\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9, une organisation ou une institution souhaite promouvoir. Le curriculum offre une vision d\u2019ensemble, planifi\u00e9e, structur\u00e9e et coh\u00e9rente des directives p\u00e9dagogiques selon lesquelles il s\u2019agit d\u2019organiser et de g\u00e9rer l\u2019apprentissage en fonction des r\u00e9sultats attendus.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019articule autour de six composantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les apprentissages \u00e0 installer&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>les strat\u00e9gies p\u00e9dagogiques et les processus didactiques \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>les supports didactiques (document, manuels, mat\u00e9riels\u2026)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>les contenus des mati\u00e8res&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>les r\u00e9sultats attendus et les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuation des apprenants&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>les modalit\u00e9s de gestion du curriculum (formation initiale, formation continue ou formation des formateurs, modalit\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1. \u00c9tape d\u2019int\u00e9gration de la GTDE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9ussir la prise en compte de la dimension GDTE dans les curricula, il faut se conformer aux composantes ci-dessus cit\u00e9es tout en veillant sur le respect des \u00e9tapes suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>souligner dans le contexte la probl\u00e9matique de Gestion Durable des Terres et de l\u2019Eau&nbsp;: les questions centrales \u00e0 traiter sont les facteurs de d\u00e9gradations des ressources (terres, eau) et leur cons\u00e9quence. Il est \u00e9galement question ici d\u2019analyser la place accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement technique et professionnel au Mali ;<\/li>\n<li>identifier les besoins des apprenants en mati\u00e8re de gestion durable des terres et de l\u2019eau&nbsp;: besoins en termes de formation, de moyens (humain, mat\u00e9riel, financier)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>identifier les besoins des acteurs ou organisations susceptibles d\u2019employer dans le secteur de l\u2019environnement notamment la gestion durable des terres pour des questions&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9finir une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019enseignement favorisant le d\u00e9veloppement des initiatives bas\u00e9e sur les bonnes pratiques GDTE&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9finir les pratiques sociales et coutumi\u00e8res en mati\u00e8re de gestion durable des terres et de l\u2019eau&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>normer les pratiques GDTE en les inscrivant dans les curricula et programmes d\u2019enseignement officiel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.
